We already have notified our readers in an early post about the upcoming Cydia app that will bring animation to the iPhone lockscree, previously the feature was limited to the boot screen. The new Jailbreak app is called AnimateLockscreen, and it allows a user to add custom boot logo animations to the iPhone’s Lock screen.
The AnimateLockscreen initially has almost 1,000 various boot logo animations, and it is available via Cydia BigBoss repo. However, the app is not free and will cost $1 to download and install. Once installed the app will not add any new Springboard icon, but you will get the dedicated settings panel to change various aspects like relocating the battery sign that is found on the iPhone lock screen when the phone is plugged for charging.
There are similar apps available on the Cydia store, but unlike AnimatedLockscreen all of them falls short in providing number of good animations. Whereas, as already told the AnimatedLockscreen comes with a long list of animation that you can use on your iPhone lockscreen.
