After a long period, again Cydia app store has launched a latest jailbreak app which is designed for iOS 5 Notification Center. This new app is named as Vexillum that is capable of customizing the banner color and background color of the iOS 5 Notification Center. The new app adds one more app to the list of an already developed huge list of Notification Center jailbreak apps and widgets.

This is the latest jailbreak app which is designed for Notification Center, but it does not provide with something unique.
