Cydia 1.1 is going to bring in better graphics and some major improvements, hopefully better notification and source update. The details are not available and every thing will become clear once the Cydia 1.1 update makes it to the air.
Ryan Petrich tweeted about the Cydia 1.1 development progress, which clearly is positive.
