This is the ability to divide the keyboard on your iPad into two parts which enable you to type the text more conveniently on your tablet. When you use Split Keyboard on your iPad, it does not only let the users type vertically using their thumb, rather provides you with the hidden buttons which are actually are the 6 letters Y, H, B, T, G and V. They are the duplicate buttons which represent the orignal buttons on the opposite side allowing the users to use them without even using your opposite hand.
