The report directly comes from the blog posted by iPhoneItalia:

After introducing the video desktop interface, it seems that Facebook wants to bring the same service even on IOS devices. In this regard, the company has just released a new beta for developers the Facebook Messenger Beta where it is active – albeit in a rudimentary way – support for video calls.

The news is very new, it popped-up before 3 months and now, it seems soon iOS users will be able to enjoy video calls based on Skype on their devices. Moreover, it is also suggested that this amazing app will offer its users a very simple interface where you get two options either to Answer a call or Decline to reject the call. And if you have answered a call, then you get an option End call to end it.

As per the reports, it is clear that Facebook Video calling will be available on iPhone 4/4S however, it is still not mentioned whether it will be available on your iPad 2 and iPod touch 4G or not, but they are also expected to support the iPod touch 4G and iPad 2 as well.
