iOS 4.3 baseband 04.10.01 is included in the list of iPhone basebands to get unlocked with the latest Ultrasn0w. According to the tweet from Musclenerd the iOS 4.3 baseband is vulnerable to the commands.
Sherif Hashim has already confirmed that his baseband crash exploit is working on both the iPhone 4 baseband 2.10.04 and 3.10.01, which means that whenever the new Ultrasn0w is released it will include unlock for iOS 4.3 baseband 04.10.01 also.
However, even after Apple iOS 4.3 release on March 2nd iPhone 4 unlock seekers will have to wait for few more days as the iPhone Dev team will test the exploit before releasing it to the general public.
