Samsung Announced To Bring Galaxy S Advance: Galaxy S 3 Delayed

Samsung, the Korean company announced its upcoming handset, which is to make an enhancement to the Galaxy S series smartphones. You may think that it is expected Samsung Galaxy S 3, but it actually it is “Samsung Galaxy S Advance.” Surprising but true, Samsung announced to bring the Galaxy S Advanced instead of Galaxy S 3. This announcement was made in the Mobile World Congress event held at Barcelona.

“The GALAXY S Advance adds to the successful track record of the GALAXY smartphone range with a phone that combines power and style with all the versatility of Samsung’s Hub services,” said JK Shin, President of IT & Mobile Communications Division at Samsung Electronics”

The Samsung Galaxy S Avance is going to provide the users with a list of features, including the Super AMOLED display measuring 4 inches screen. Other than that, it will be running on 768 MB RAM and will be available in two models, one with 8 GB support, and another in 16 GB support. It will also have a 5 mega pixel camera with built-in LED flash and 1.3 mega pixel shooter as the front camera. And the last but not the least, it will be powered with a 1GHz dual-core CPU.

However, those who were expecting the Samsung Galaxy S 3 will not be satisfied with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S Advance. Moreover, it will not be able to stand in the list of top smartphones as its expected features say that it is designed to target a mid-range smartphones market.
